Nevada Healthy Homes Partnership

About Nevada Healthy Homes Partnership

The Nevada Healthy Homes Partnership (NVHHP) is a collaboration between the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), the Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD), State Health Department, and City of Henderson (COH), Rebuilding Together of Southern Nevada (RTSN) and other public/private housing authorities and health agencies throughout Southern Nevada.

The partnership is focused on creating an effective and sustainable multi-faceted program to identify, assess, and remediate multiple health and housing-related hazards; and to connect participants to community resources in a consistent and systematic manner.

The NVHHP grew out of the SHND’s Childhood Lead Poisoning Prevention Program (CLPPP), but has evolved to take a more holistic approach to assessing the impact of the home on the health of its occupants.
